- Add the water and mentsuyu to a pan and when boiled also add the ginger, pork and onion.
- When the pork begins to change colour, add the tofu. Cover the tofu with the pork, and then cover with a lid. Simmer on a medium heat for 10 minutes.
- Once the 10 minutes is up it's ready! If you let it cool once and then warm it up again, it tastes even more amazing!!
