To make tapioca pearls, start by mixing ¼ cup of boiling water into a bowl with ½ cup of tapioca starch. When the dough is ready, line a sheet with parchment paper and cover. - Place a block of Silken Tofu on a plate, cover with Lettuce and Marinated Tapioca Pearls, sprinkle with Nori, Spring Onion and Toasted Sesame Seeds, and enjoy COLD.
