- Cut the tofu into 4-5 cm chunks and drain the water.
- Place the katakuriko and the tofu block from Step 1 into a plastic bag and shake to coat.
- Heat a good amount of oil in a frying pan and fry all sides of the tofu from Step 2.
- Once all the sides are fried and crispy, set on a paper towel to drain.
- Once drained, transfer to plates, pour on some mentsuyu, and enjoy. Season them as you'd like.
