  14. Cover with cling film and place in a warm place for 40mins to 1hr. Or until doubled in size
  15. Place pan on medium heat, pour in oil and fry onion, green pepper + beef
  16. Spices(garlic p/ ginger p/ curry/ pepper flakes) + Seasoning(maggi cubes/ onga)
  17. Fry and set aside. (yeah am keeping my filling so simple, to keep ‘em from falling out when shaping my bun)
  18. Well proofed
  19. Transfer back to surface
  20. Cut into small balls
  21. Grease baking pan
  22. Take one at a time
  23. Roll out
  24. Scoop a spoon of filling on flatten dough
  25. Mold back to a circle, and flip around
  26. Press lightly with rolling pin
  27. Well shaped
  28. Place at the center, a shaping mould or just a can cover…
  29. Place on baking pan
  30. Egg wash surface(milk+egg yolk).
  31. Sprinkle with sesame and bake on low heat for 40minutes
