  1. For patty, take mince,split bengal gram,salt and button red chilli in a sauce pan with water and boil til it tender and let dry all water
  2. Cool it and chopriesed or use stone sill like me
  3. Add whole spices powder and make disk like patty, the patties should be flate and in size of bun
  4. Beat eggs and dip patty in it and shallow fry them till it turns golden
  5. Cut the burger buns in center and aply some oil on both sides and put on hot skillet
  6. For chutney, blend all ingredients to make smooth paste
  7. For assambling put chutney on buns then onion rings, patty and katchup and other parr of bun serve with katchup
