- Cut the spring roll wrappers into 4.
- Cut the sliced cheese into 8 (use more if you like!).
- Spread the spring roll wrappers and place on each a portion of cheese. Put a teaspoon of Genovese sauce on top of each.
- Brush the dissolved flour on both sides of the wrapper pieces (left and right sides in the photo) and fold the bottom up.

- This photo shows Step 5. Press gently both sides and the seam from Step 5 to stick.
- Repeat this to make 8 spring rolls. If you want to freeze them, arrange them without overlapping in a container and freeze. After they are frozen, put them into a resealable bag! You can cook them on a frying pan without thawing them!
- Heat a frying pan over a low-medium heat. Grease the pan with olive oil and arrange Step 7. Pan-fry until golden brown. After frying, place them on kitchen paper on a plate to drain the excess oil. Transfer to a serving dish and they're done!
