I love cooking mapo tofu for a quick lunch or dinner. Sometimes I double the meat and sauce, so it will be enough to serve two. Mix all ingredients, arrange tofu on the large plate, and place on top the shirmps pasted. Over recent years, Mapo tofu started appearing on the menus of oversea Chinese restaurants.
