Roti canai is a very known dish in my home country Malaysia. It's a flatbread with influences from India.   4. Heat a griddle, and cook the roti until it is browned, flip it over and cook for a couple more minutes
  5. I served this warm with some thick and spicy chicken curry cooked in a coconut sauce
