- In a small pan, combine the ◎ ingredients and cook on a low or low-medium heat, continuously stirring while heating. Thicken with the dissolved katakuriko.
- Serve over mochi (or shiratama dango) and crushed walnuts. Top with cinnamon (optional) and it's ready.
