  18. Get 2 drops rose Essence

Ingredients for the Mughlai Chicken Korma: Chicken - cleaned and cut into small pieces.   2. Now take a mixer grinder add there soaked cashew, ginger, garlic, fried onions and green chillies add 1/2 Cup of water to it and make a fine paste.
  3. Switch on the gas stove and place a kadhai there and add 3 Tablespoons of oil to it and add there Cardamom, black pepper, bay leaf, Chinnamon and fry them for 1 min. Now add the prepared coarse paste to it and fry for 5 mins. Now add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder, fry it till it's oil separate.
  4. Now add marinated chicken add little water to it and cook it in medium flame till the masala coats Properly to the Chicken. Now add proper water for the gravy and add salt as according to your taste. Cover the lid and cook it for 30 mins in low flame. After 30 mins check it and now add 1 Teaspoon of fresh cream and cook for another 2 mins in slow flame. Add 2 drops of rose Essence. It's time to garnish it with fresh cream. Enjoy it with Rice or Roti.
