- Take a pan put it on the gas pour oil in the pan.
- Add asafoetida in the oil let it become brown in colour.
- Then add onions,tomatoes, ginger,garlic,green chillies, cauliflower,potatoes.
- Now add all the dry ingredients in it, mix it well. Cover the pan with the lid for 10 minutes and low down the flame.
- After 10 minutes Stir the vegetables and check it if there is some water left or vegetables are not cooked properly cook it again for 5 to 7 minutes.
- Within 15 to 20 minutes vegetables will be ready.
- Now garnish it with green Coriander leaves and garam Masala.
