- First cut paneer into big square and cut from centre for filling and maida paste ready to dip paneer pieces.
- Heat oil in a pan add onion and saute till golden then add ginger garlic paste or chopped saute for a minute add tomato chopped saute till leaves the oil. Cool it and grind in the mixy. And keep 2 tbs spare add pinch of salt.
- Now divide the paneer in three portion in one portion fill pudina chutney,second tomato or chilli sauce and third masala fill which we had keep spare
- Now heat oil in a wok and dip one by one piece in maida batter and deep fry like all. Now heat 1 tsp oil and add all dry masala saute it nice aroma came add grinded paste saute a little add all dry ingredients and 1 cup hot water and boil for 3 minutes then add cream and mix well add milk also thick the gravy as you need but little thick because we have to pour on the paneer when serving
- Garnish with coriander chopped leaves serve hot with Parantha nan and kulcha enjoy with guests and family
