- Add tomato ketchup and cook well till every thing encorporated well. After that add 1/4th cup water and cook for 1_2 minutes
- Add corn flour slurry and mix quickly to avoid lumps. Cook till mixture thickened
- Add sautayed onions mix and cook for 2_3 minutes
- Add sautayed capsicum and cook for 2_3 minutes
- Add fried sweet potatoes and mix
- Add fried potatoes and mix well so that all the spices coated on them
- Chopped green onions and mix at the end. Stir for 1 minute and turn off the stove
