  5. Add onion chopped and saute well
  6. Add ginger garlic paste and saute
  7. Add Potatoes and saute well
  8. Add chicken pieces and saute well adding salt and turmeric powder
  9. Now add red chilli Powder and tomato
  10. Saute till oil separates add sugar and biryani masala powder and switch off
  11. Now take a wide pot spread a lair of rice add chicken pieces and Potatoes
  12. Cover it with a lair of rice again add kesar soaked milk and kewra essence
  13. Sprinkle ghee and biryani masala and keep on low heat
  14. Serve it with raita
