- Take another wok and add some ghee. Add mince chicken and let the ghee separate.
- Add sugar and chopped nuts. Divide the halwa in 3 portions and add green colour in one while orange in other portion. Keep one portion white.
- Grease a small bowl and layer the tricolor halwa one after other. Following orange at the base, white in the middle and green on top.
- Take essense in a cotton ball and put it on halwa. Cover it for a minute so that the fragrance is absorbed properly.
- Demould it and decorate with edible flowers and nuts.
