This time, it's made with mung bean sprouts (sukju namul). Simply blanch the spinach and season it! The recipe shows two different ways!

Microwaved Spicy Namul (Like Ippudo's) is one of the most popular of current trending meals on earth. It’s simple, it is quick, it tastes yummy. It is appreciated by millions every day. They are nice and they look wonderful. Microwaved Spicy Namul (Like Ippudo's) is something that I’ve loved my entire life.

To begin with this recipe, we must first prepare a few ingredients. You can cook microwaved spicy namul (like ippudo's) using 6 ingredients and 7 steps. Here is how you cook that.

The ingredients needed to make Microwaved Spicy Namul (Like Ippudo's):
  1. Get 1 bag Bean sprouts
  2. Take 4 1/2~ grams Chicken soup stock granules
  3. Prepare 1 tsp Doubanjiang
  4. Prepare 1 tbsp Sesame oil
  5. Get 1 Green onions or scallions
  6. Take 1 White sesame seeds

Doraji namul is a traditional Korean side dish that is made with bellflower root. It has a simple taste but it is followed by a slightly bitter after taste. Because I still have kid like taste buds, I actually prefer that spicy doraji side dish more than doraji namul. 🙂 I will share that recipe some other time. But you can feel good about a dish such as sigumchi namul, because spinach is one of the best plant-based foods you can eat.

Instructions to make Microwaved Spicy Namul (Like Ippudo's):
  1. Wash the bean sprouts and put in the silicone steamer. Microwave for 4 minutes. After the sprouts are cooked through, the moisture will have come out, so lightly use a paper towel to pat dry.
  2. While the sprouts are still warm, add the chicken soup stock granules and the spicy bean paste. Because this step is a little messy, it's alright to either in the steamer or transfer the sprouts to a bowl.
  3. Once the flavor has melded, add the sesame oil.
  4. Last, sprinkle the sprouts with the white sesame seeds. Mix in and chill the dish.
  5. Sprinkle the dish with green onion to taste.
  6. While this is delicious as a side dish on its own, I recommend topping on ramen!
  7. I used these chicken soup stock granules from Topvalu (a Japanese store). Each package contains 4.5 g of soup granules, so you can use them for many things.

I don't like this at all. Prepared Korean spinach or regular large spinach. I would like to know, for how long can I keep this kind of dishes? Like the spinach and other vegetables. It´s to have an idea of how much I could do at once.
