- Take 3 tbsp soya sauce
- Get 1 tbsp red chilli sauce

- Take 1/2 cup petals cut onion
- Take 1 tbsp finely cut green chilli
- Get For manchurian balls
- Prepare 1/2 cup grated cabbage
- Take 1/2 cup finely cut carrot
- Prepare 1/2 cup cauliflower
- Take 3 tsp maida/ all purpose flour
- Make ready 2 tsp corn flour
- Prepare 1/2 tsp black pepper Powder
- Make ready as needed Oil

Ingredients for Veg Manchurian Fried Rice Recipe. Heat the oil, add the whole red chilli, ginger and garlic pastes followed by the spring onions and chopped green chilli. Now add the capsicum and carrot, stir fry for a few minutes then add the cooked rice. Stir fry for a minute, splash some soya sauce on it, then put the heat on.
Steps to make Fried rice and manchurian:
- In a pan boil water and add rice. Strain rice and run cold water. Rice should be cooked 90%. Keep aside
- For manchurian gravy - In a pan add Garlic and saute for 2 mins then add ginger and chilli.
- Add onion and bell peppers. Add soya sauce,red chilli sauce. In a bowl add corn flour and water. Mix it well. Add corn flour to the gravy. Then add vinegar.
- For manchurian balls - In a bowl add carrot,cabbage and cauliflower. Add corn flour, maida, salt and pepper.
- Make small balls. Do not squeeze hard. Fry on medium flame. Keep aside.
- For fried rice - In a pan add garlic,ginger,green chilli. Saute for fee mins. Add carrot saute for 2 mins then cabbage and then bell peppers and corn.
- Add red chilli sauce, tomato ketchup,vinegar and salt. Mix well.
- Add rice and turn off the flame. Add soya sauce. Take out the rice in a bowl and microwave as per need.
