- Boil gizzard in pot add chicken cube. Set aside
- Add onions and garlic in pot and sauté with vegetable oil. Add in scotch bonnet and bell pepper and stir fry
- Add in seasoning cubes and add plaintain and gizzard
- Mix well and let it cook for about 5 mins
