- Get 1 cup wheat flour
- Take 1 small onion finely chopped

Steps to make Koki (Sindhi Special Breakfast):
- In mixing bowl add wheat flour, chopped onion, corainder leaves,raw mango pieces, tumeric powder, asafoetida, green chillies, ginger,cummin seeds, carrom seeds, black pepper powder salt and ghee for moin. Mix well. Add little water to make soft dough. Keep covered for 15 minutes.
- After 15 knead dough and make 5 equal size flatten balls.
- Take one flatten ball, with help of dry flour roll into 4" roti.
- Heat tawa,place this rolled roti on it. Roast for 30-40 seconds. Flip and again roast another side for 30-40 secs.
- Remove from tawa, place it on wooden board(on which you rolled roti) crumpled it with your hand as shown and knead again to make flatten ball.
- Again roll this flatten ball into 4" round thick roti.
- Place it on hot tawa,roast on slow flame apply ghee on it till crispy golden brown on both sides. Similarly prepare all Koki.(You can prepare & roast 2-3 koki at a time on tawa).
- Serve/ Relish Delicious Hot Koki (Sindhi Special Breakfast) with fresh curd and pickle of your choice.
