  2. Take 3/4 cup or more to need - vegetable oil

  11. Make ready 1/8 tsp - Chili flakes
  12. Take 1/4 tsp - Black pepper powder
  13. Make ready Salt as per taste

  15. Take 1/2 tsp - Garlic powder
  16. Prepare as needed Lukewarm water
  17. Get For Garnishing I Use
  18. Take 3-4 - Cabbage leaves
  19. Take Chopped Spring onions
  20. Make ready Sesame Seeds

Sounds really simple but they are oh-so-addictive. In my opinion, the best Dynamite Shrimp is made with rock shrimp, as rock shrimp has a nice crisp texture and. It is a Japanese appetizer comprising of battered shrimp coated in a mixture of mayonnaise and sriracha sauce. Instructions to make Dynamite Shrimp:
  1. Clean & wash the prawns/shrimp properly & pat dry with paper towel & keep them aside.
  2. Now for making Mayo sriracha sauce take a bowl, add Mayonnaise,Sriracha sauce,Honey,Tomato sauce,Vinegar & by using a whisker mix well until blended well.
  3. For making batter take another bowl add Cornflour,Salt to taste,Chili flakes,Black pepper powder,Egg, Garlic powder,little lukewarm water and whisk well to make smooth batter.
  4. Now add prawns in to the batter,mix well until coated properly.Set them aside for 10 minutes.
  5. Heat the oil in a fry pan.When oil becomes hot enough fry the prawns in 1-2 batches for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown in color.Transfer them on a paper towel lined plate.
  6. Now pour the fried prawns in to the mayo Sriracha sauce,toss them well with the sauce until coated well.
  7. Served them hot Garnished with chopped Spring onions,Sesame seeds and cabbage leaves.
