- Add the bell pepper, onions and carrots. Cook a few minutes until just softenned. you want the veggies still crunchy

- Cook for a few minutes just to combine all the ingredients. Best served with rice or chapati or sauce
Use that with garlic, ginger, a splash of their GF soy sauce and some GF sweet chilli. Stir chicken into marinade and mix to coat. In large skillet, heat remaining oil. Using slotted spoon, transfer chicken to skillet. Slice all vegetables and steam until tender but still slightly crisp.
