I really don't get why some people don't like meatloaf. Add the Sriracha to the bacon fat and whisk to incorporate. Mix all the meatloaf ingredients, other than the bacon, well in a large bowl. Bacon, onions, mushrooms, and Swiss cheese are added to ground beef and baked to perfection.

- Sweat fennel, celery, and asparagus in vegetable oil until nearly translucent. Add garlic and bell peppers. Sweat until fragrant. Cool rapidly in fridge.
